Rev. Ryan Walker is the founder and senior pastor of House of Refuge International, Inc. (HORI) in Chicopee Massachusetts. Under Rev. Walker’s leadership, HORI reaches out to the Greater Chicopee and Springfield area. Rev. Ryan Walker is in his eleventh year of ministry. He is committed to teaching and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ locally and internationally. Rev. Walker has a heart for missions and has a mission set up in Jamaica and India. He is currently working to establish missions in Africa, and the Himalayan area. The ministry’s goal is to empower and evangelize the world one person at a time.

A former Electrical Engineer, Rev. Ryan Walker received the call to ministry in 1999. House of Refuge International was established in 2005. The church’s first service was held in the living room of a friend with only eight people in attendance. Over the first year they had to move due to consistent growth.

A native of Jamaica, Rev. Ryan Walker has earned his Bachelor of Arts in Counseling and Christian Education from Oral Roberts University. An anointed teacher and preacher of the Word of God, with a practical approach to the Bible, he encourages people to pursue a personal relationship with God.

Rev. Ryan Walker and his wife Vonetta Walker, have three beautiful children and currently resides in Springfield Massachusetts.
